The Implementation area is responsible for the technical configuration of the tools in order to be able to process Payroll and HR services to our clients.Role Objective:
The Implementation Application Specialist works very closely with the Implementation Consultant and is responsible for the configuration required by the client, based on their requirements analysis. Provides a technical solution and feasibility to the client's requirements at a technical level; is also responsible for resolving technical incidents that may arise throughout the Implementation project until the actual entry into Service and the transfer to the technical support team.,Responsibilities:
- Review the requirements gathering documents (Blueprint), provided by the Consultant, with the goal of assessing complexity and time dedication.
- Responsible for setting up the payroll engine following the requirements gathering document.
- Responsible for initial testing to ensure correct configuration of the payroll engine.
- Responsible for making corrections, updates or new configurations that may appear during the U.A.T phase.
- Direct involvement on identifying new improvements, document it and request standard configurations or new developments to the R&D department.
- Proactively able to analyze issues, provide immediate issue resolution, after root cause analysis and suggest long-term improvements
- Write technical documentation
- 2 to 3 years of experience in programming (java, .net, c+, cobol … ), experienced in implementing Payroll Software (e.g. Meta4, SAP, A3, etc.)
- Knowledge of Payroll and HR applications / programs.
- Experience with project managing and teamwork (Agile methodology)
- Experience with Testing and Production environments
- Agile methodology experience

- Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, social security, taxes (plus)

- Graduate in Labor Relations or Higher Degree
- Project Management Certification (desired)
- Spanish (native)
- English (intermediate / functional)
