- Review the accounting of issued invoices and tickets daily, following an established protocol to manage tickets in order from oldest to newest, ensuring timely resolution.
- Send and follow up on unpaid invoices by contacting clients, confirming receipt of payment reminders, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
- Manage mailing for license renewal notifications, ensuring clients receive reminders three months in advance to avoid service interruptions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records of all received invoices, verifying details and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure proper processing.
- Process invoicing for new orders received from the sales or presales teams, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Issue credit notes when necessary, correcting billing errors or handling refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Solid knowledge of basic accounting and billing processes
- Experience with ERP systems Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables)
- Understanding of credit control and collections procedures
- English proficiency (spoken and written), especially for communicating with international clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Problem-solving mindset, especially when dealing with invoice discrepancies or late payments
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
