Senior Influencer Marketing Strategist

• Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish; knowledge of French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Influencer, Ambassadors or Affiliate Marketing with a focus on growth and performance.
• Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding project management skills and strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver who actively seeks opportunities for improvement.
• Proactive entrepreneur: a can-do person who takes on tasks proactively, takes ownership, and communicates effectively within a team.
• Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and technology and understand how to use them to improve our work.
• Demonstrable ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.
• Based or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

• Formulate and execute strategies aligned with overall business goals - ensure the department activities align with broader business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day influencer marketing activities, ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments to amplify business impact.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the company's influencer network and reach.
• Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and analyze data to continually optimize efforts.
• Effectively manage budget, employing a strategic approach to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Infuse creativity into strategies, ensuring campaigns are not just impactful but also innovative and captivating.
• Act as the face and voice of the department, ensuring a consistent and authentic representation.
• Key role in new business development by identifying, fostering and coordinating strategic partnerships and campaigns.
