Workload: 80-100%We are looking for a skilled IAM Engineer to join our IAM team. You will lead the design, implementation, and support of the One Identity Manager platform, ensuring secure and scalable identity governance. Your expertise will help optimize our IAM ecosystem and mentor junior engineers.What you will do:
  • Lead design, implementation, and administration of the One Identity Manager platform
  • Manage integration with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and custom apps
  • Configure workflows, approval processes, attestation campaigns, access reviews, and policies
  • Develop custom connectors, scripts, and reports using PowerShell, SQL, and One Identity tools
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in identity synchronization, provisioning, and deprovisioning
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior IAM engineers and support teams
What you bring & who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years hands-on IAM experience, including 2-3 years with One Identity Manager
  • Strong knowledge of IGA concepts like RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties
  • Skilled in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, or similar) and SQL
  • Familiar with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, SAML, OAuth, and REST APIs
  • Strong analytical skills, reliability, independence, and experience working in agile teams
