That's why we need a Industrial Safety & Security Engineer like you.Role MissionEnsure the proper functioning of the systems and facilities related to industrial safety at Grifols Spain companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory maintenance, proper document management, and technical support for engineering and maintenance projects. Act as a key link between regulatory requirements, the Industrial Safety Department's internal processes, and technical operations, actively collaborating on audits, improvement plans, and new implementations from an engineering perspective.What your responsibilities will be
  • You will manage regulatory maintenance related to industrial safety for all Grifols Group companies in Spain, compiling and updating technical information on new facilities.
  • You will manage industrial safety facilities, including fire protection systems, surveillance and control systems, safety signage, and chemical storage (APQ).
  • You will manage the Industrial Safety Department's documentation system, creating and reviewing technical and operational procedures (DSM or equivalent).
  • You will maintain an up-to-date list of documents in the company's document management system, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • The employee will actively participate in new industrial safety projects, from the design phase to implementation, ensuring the application of technical and regulatory criteria.
  • The employee will provide support in internal and external audits related to industrial safety, in coordination with other departments involved (maintenance and engineering).
  • The employee will coordinate with the Environmental and Engineering departments to ensure technical and legal consistency in shared projects.
  • The employee will manage licensing projects (new or updated), providing technical, documentation, and regulatory compliance support.
  • The employee will manage and supervise external suppliers, ensuring that their activities comply with the company's technical, regulatory, and quality standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
  • English level B2.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the application of industrial safety regulations in Spain for industrial projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial, carrying out industrial installation projects.
  • You have user-level knowledge of MS Office.
  • You are skilled at communicating and building effective relationships with different departments and technical teams.
  • You have a collaborative profile, a proactive attitude, and a focus on results.
