- Leading the self-service system by managing all the requirements involved to include those events in our marketplace
- Filtering and categorizing the potential partners that reach us through inbound channels, using research analysis combined with critical thinking
- Identifying and actioning over our CRM inconsistencies, being able to assess the problems and find the means to fix them, in partnership with the commercial teams
- Work across different markets and teams in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
- Are fluent in Spanish and English.
- Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy: Are comfortable and like to work with numbers, and leverage analytics tools to make strategic decisions
- Can develop your own solutions and have or is willing to develop a strong technical background (Salesforce, SQL, Google Sheets)
- Are a naturally organized and process-oriented person, with the curiosity not only to follow the workflows but also to understand the inputs and outputs of their actions
- Like to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, and always have their eyes opened for improvement opportunities
