It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.Malaga Outlet - we are recruiting the Assistant Store Manager.The candidate we are looking for will partner with the Store Manager and be co-responsible for the achievement of commercial targets of the Store, by maximizing the business potential of the store in line with the Company strategy.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in driving the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the clientActively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segmentProvide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiativesRole model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomesActively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environmentEmpower and support your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm and energy to create positive team spiritBuild and maintain relationships by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindsetRequirementsAt least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environmentConfidence and proven track record in team managementSolid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targetsExcellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivityStrong communication skills and commercial mindsetPrevious experience in managing complex store operationsDigitally aware and open to new ways of workingAbility to interact effectively with foreign clientsPassion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage🌍Language proficiency: Spanish and English are mandatory.
