A world-renowned Consumer Products and Pharmaceutical company, with a top-tier portfolio of Cosmetic and OTC brands, is looking for an experienced Sustainability Project Manager.Focusing on our world-renowned Cosmetic and OTC consumer brands, the Sustainability Project Manager will be involved in various high-profile sustainability projects – locally, nationally, and internationally.Remote candidates will be considered but hybrid is preferred.Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring plans and deliverables are compliant with appropriate design control procedures
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders to develop project plans and project risk analysis for all projects
  • Define key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks
  • Lead contact for all internal stakeholders regarding project activities
  • Create and approve project budget (if appropriate)
  • Liaise with group manager or stakeholder managers to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Work with project team to identify and address critical path or roadblock issues
Requirements
  • Experience in effective collaboration, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resourcing, and communication
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to independently manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Sustainability experience preferred
  • PMP certification a plus
