A world-renowned Consumer Products and Pharmaceutical company, with a top-tier portfolio of Cosmetic and OTC brands, is looking for an experienced Sustainability Project Manager.Focusing on our world-renowned Cosmetic and OTC consumer brands, the Sustainability Project Manager will be involved in various high-profile sustainability projects – locally, nationally, and internationally.Remote candidates will be considered but hybrid is preferred.Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring plans and deliverables are compliant with appropriate design control procedures
Communicate project status to all stakeholders
Work with stakeholders to develop project plans and project risk analysis for all projects
Define key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks
Lead contact for all internal stakeholders regarding project activities
Create and approve project budget (if appropriate)
Liaise with group manager or stakeholder managers to ensure project goals are achieved
Work with project team to identify and address critical path or roadblock issues
Requirements
Experience in effective collaboration, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resourcing, and communication
Exceptional leadership skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to independently manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)
Sustainability experience preferred
PMP certification a plus
