Working closely with IT and Security teams, you’ll develop and enforce security policies, detect and mitigate threats, and drive initiatives to strengthen our corporate security environment. From securing internal tools to managing identity and access systems, your expertise will be pivotal in reducing risk and protecting Flywire’s global operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead enterprise-level corporate security controls and architecture across Flywire’s systems and tooling.
- Proactively identify and prioritise access risks across internal systems.
- Own and operationalise the vulnerability management programme for corporate assets.
- Conduct Vendor Risk Assessments to ensure secure third-party relationships.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to contain and remediate incidents effectively.
- Analyse new regulatory and security requirements, updating policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor and interpret security logs and alerts to detect threats or anomalies.
- Provide security expertise and guidance across departments.
- Build and promote cybersecurity awareness throughout the organisation.
- Stay ahead of emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in information security, with a focus on IAM and IT Security.
- Proficiency across multiple security domains: Endpoint, Network, IAM, DLP, Zero-Trust.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale security projects and provide domain guidance to stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOC2, PCI, HITRUST, SOX, ISO 27001.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ISC2, CompTIA, ISACA) are highly desirable.
