- Maintain, fix and complete Field Corrective Actions effectively on our devices in line with specified service requirements and customer contractual agreements.
- Manage and help resolve device integration and network connectivity problems with connected devices.
- Report all relevant service activities in our service systems and datasheets to maintain accurate service data.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable service and quality requirements to deliver outstanding results.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and partnerships with customers, team members, and business contacts.
- Deliver appropriate user training and demos to customers to ensure they can operate our devices successfully.
- A technical degree, diploma, or certificate in electro-mechanics or a similar field.
- Experience as a service engineer on electro-mechanical devices along with a strong understanding of electronics, electro-mechanics.
- Good IT and computer setting skills.
- Strong solving skills.
- Adaptable to carrying out different tasks based on the daily scheduling.
- Quality- driven and customer-focused.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in local language as well as capacity to communicate in English.
- Availability to travel within the Balearic Islands and the peninsula.
