- Branding & Positioning: Develop and implement Adwake’s branding and positioning strategy in alignment with global Corporate Entravision standards, ensuring the correct use of the brand across all available channels.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, lead, and develop a strong marketing team (including product marketing and design).
- Sponsorships and Events: Organize and execute Adwake’s participation in industry events (e.g., stands, speaking opportunities, among others), as well as in-house events with prospects for lead generation and with clients for retention.
- Sales Marketing: Support the sales team with strong sales materials, client initiatives, and prospect outreach. Assist in the preparation of industry events with branded materials.
- Content and Insights Generation: Supervise the overall content strategy of the department across all channels, including social media, the website, case studies, PR, and others. Provide market insights that contribute to more competitive services.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Design an area KPI dashboard and weekly/monthly monitoring systems. Deliver detailed monthly reporting through the MBR presentation format. Work on the annual budget and monitor expenses monthly in collaboration with the finance team.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B role), including expertise in events, account-based marketing, project management.
- Experience in gaming is a plus.
- Prior knowledge in the world of digital marketing, mobile applications and advertising.
- Managed marketing P&L.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Remarkable written and verbal communication skills.
- Super organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once.
- Identify regional communications opportunities to promote thought leadership content to engage prospects at the top of the funnel
- Proven capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Reported and analyzed metrics to organizational leadership.
