- STRATEGIC PLANNING & EXECUTION
- Develop and implement a regional field marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
- Identify local market trends, buyer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing plans
- Set and monitor KPIs to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact
- SALES & CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and product marketing to ensure alignment and support commercial goals
- Collaborate with global teams to tailor campaigns and messaging for the Italian and Spanish markets
- Drive cohesive execution of regional marketing activities that support broader business priorities
- CAMPAIGNS & ACTIVATIONS
- Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, events, and partner activations that resonate with target audiences
- Adapt global creative assets and messaging to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness
- Use a mix of online and offline channels including digital marketing, events, and sponsorships to maximize reach
- Support regional initiatives that build community and deepen customer relationships
- BRAND & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
- Lead Ogury's brand-building efforts in Italy and Spain, ensuring consistent and powerful market presence
- Develop and promote thought leadership content and opportunities to elevate Ogury's profile
- Manage the creation and localization of marketing materials that balance global standards with regional needs
- Proven experience in field marketing, brand activation, or campaign execution within adtech, SaaS, or digital sectors
- Strong knowledge of the Italian and Spanish markets including buyer behavior, cultural nuances, and industry trends
- Ability to localize and adapt global marketing strategies for Southern Europe
- Comfortability working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product marketing, and global teams
- Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to manage projects independently from strategy through execution
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze results and optimize marketing efforts
- Excellent storytelling and content development skills tailored to regional audiences
- Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
- Fluent in English, with strong Spanish and/or Italian language skills preferred
