- Find and contact new prospects using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Write short, personalized messages that grab attention and create interest.
- Identify decision-makers and check if they’re a good fit for our solution.
- Book qualified meetings for the Sales Closers.
- Keep track of all contacts and activities in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Work with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach and messaging.
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve our sales approach.
- Fluent in English (German / French is a huge plus)
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach messages.
- Organized and able to manage many leads at once.
- Motivated to hit targets and grow in a sales career.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus.
- Previous outbound sales or BDR experience is an advantage, but not required if you have the right mindset.
- Work in a fast-growing SaaS startup with international clients.
