- Acting as a Business Partner and an expert resource on local laws and regulations/ issues that influence the business.
- Ensuring the utilization and improvement of HR Core processes.
- Supporting HR Manager in managing performance, development, career processes.
- Organizing trainings, taking necessary recording and evaluation.
- User and administrator of SAP HR, HR Portal.
- Taking care of new comer onboarding activities.
- Preparing of monthly HR reports including overtime, absenteeism, recruitment and HR updates.
- Supporting HR Manager in ensuring good communications, employee feedback, creating a sustainable talent pipeline and recruiting the best fit candidates for current vacancies.
- Supporting HR Manager in formulating and managing the business growth.
- Preparing payroll input files, working with outsourced payroll company, taking necessary approvals, making salaries paid on time and correct.
- University Degree or relevant experience in the HR field
- 1 to 3 years of operations HR experience
- Good knowledge of performance management, employee satisfaction.
- Understanding of payroll management process and local labor law.
- Understanding of HRIS.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
