- Schedule, organise, communicate and coordinate Learning & Development activities across the International Contact Centre, supporting with maximum attendance of training events.
- Schedule the Talent & Development calendar, partnering with the team, the business (including WFM) using the LMS (Learning Management System), ensuring records are up to date.
- Coordinate external vendors, trainers, equipment, invoicing and requirements to ensure successful training experiences, including workshop venues and travel arrangements, if necessary.
- Ensuring queries for the Learning & Development mailbox are attended to promptly.
- Regular reporting on registration, attendance, online completions, feedback and ROI to the team, Training Committee, and the wider business.
- FUNDAE administration, communicating with the Worker Council, liaising with internal trainers and vendors and being an advisor for the organisation regarding FUNDAE.
- Collaborate with the Training Committee as a Secretary, ensuring meetings are scheduled, communications are agreed internally and sent in a timely manner and supporting the Minute Taker.
- Admin support related to communication tools (e.g. SharePoint, Canva) and training materials (e.g. PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively.
- Ability to collect, gather, analyse data and present results and insights.
- Problem solving, engaging with multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Passionate about learning new concepts and acquiring skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) & FUNDAE is a plus.
- Starting date: Based on agreement.
- Working hours: Full-Time (39 hours per week).
- Working Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
- Salary: From €22,000 gross per year (based on experience).
- Hybrid working model.
