And, we’re just getting started!With over 1,200+ global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 12 offices world-wide, we’re looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.Job DescriptionThe OpportunityWe, at Flywire, are seeking a motivated and hardworking Payment Operations Associate, Pay-Ins to manage and streamline the payment process in Flywire. In this role, you will work to optimize, fund movement and reconciliation across global accounts, to optimize current partner relationships and identify areas for improvement. This individual will support both the Payment Operations, Payouts and Customer Support Teams.Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and match incoming payments against customer requests
  • Reconciliation of accounting entries for our Global accounts.
  • Conduct daily follow-up with unsolved processing issues
  • Should be willing to support the Americas desk from Spain if necessary
  • Understand process flow of payment partners and control settlements from our partners
  • Payer KYC
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform decision-making
QualificationsOur ideal candidate has:
  • 1-2 years experience in the Banking/Payments industry.
  • Fluency in English (required); other languages are a plus
  • An appetite for continuous learning and completing working independently
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience working in a professional, office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to building processes and identify inefficiencies and potential risks
  • Working knowledge of Excel, online tools (Google Apps, Salesforce, etc.)
