Based out of our Iberia office, located in Barcelona, and reporting to the Sales Team Lead of Strategic Accounts, as part of the role, you'll:
- Lead and drive the development of the ASICS brands' business and assigned Customer portfolio and ensure consistent implementation sales strategy.
- Create the account strategies of the Asics brands' business with the respective key accounts through formalization of Strategic and Seasonal Account Plans.
- Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance and ensure customer compliance with agreements.
- Be the main point of contact for external communication processes regularly (annual, seasonal, quarterly Sales Campaigns). Manage and drive business analysis and business planning by managing the financial process.
- Run sell-in meetings, create seasonal product assortments and go-to-market plans and agree on sell-out support in conjunction with support of the Marketing and Merchandising teams.
- Be ambassador for Key Account and driver for joint long-term Strategic Business and Category Plans. Be expert in understanding the Customer's business and ensure a correct follow up and accurate reporting of the Account.
- Understand sales flow and actively look for reorders and closeout opportunities within the customers portfolio.
- Set regular meetings with customers by priorities.
- Drive digital channels of the assigned Strategic Account to develop our brand in e-Commerce business of the customers.

- Qualification in Business, Economics, International Management, Sales and/or Marketing.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales as Key Account Manager with background preferably in Sports, Retail, FMCG related industry.
- Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent English & Spanish.

- Passion for Sport.
- Keen to travel 50% on an annual basis.
