Project Developer Renewables (all genders)

• Lead alliances with local partners (land agents, environmental and engineering consultants) to drive project development.
• Build and maintain relationships with officers and politicians within relevant administrations.
• Supervise developers’ performance during the permitting process and ensure alignment with timelines.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and guarantee-related tasks during the permitting process.
• Lead efforts to improve project scores for capacity tenders and support CU in preparing NTP and IC documents.

• You have at least 8 years of experience in project development, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
• You excel at building and managing relationships with local partners, government officials, and key stakeholders.
• You possess a strong understanding of the permitting process, including managing schedules, budgets, and cash flows.
• You are fluent in Spanish and possess a minimum of B2-level proficiency in English both spoken and written.
• You have experience leading project improvements and navigating capacity tenders or competitive processes.
