Your goal is to understand the requirements of internal customers and propose solutions that support those needs, while keeping the processes and tools as standard and integrated as possible.Solution Identification
- Propose solutions ( Workday HCM Integrations) based on business requirements and implement them in Workday
- Collect detailed business specifications with internal Business Partners
- Analyze the detailed impacts on existing processes
- Document technical design based on the detailed impacts and specifications collected from the business
- Build technical requirements
- Build solution construction via customizing or specific development, the objective being to use the standard solutions whenever possible
- Commit to the plan for the overall construction of the solution
- Execute of end to end technical/non-regression/performance tests
- Prepare user documentation and educational materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption
- Deliver on time the agreed solution.
- Focus on agility all along the development cycle (functional requirements/specifications, technical specifications, coding, unit tests, functional tests, user acceptance tests)
- Perform the application support and maintenance
- Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve processes
- Responsible to analyze and test workday releases
Relevant work experience
Between 2 and 5 years experience in similar role (consultancy role or internal position).
Experience in HR solutions project deployments

Studio integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs, PECI, WECI, Custom Reports, calculated fields, XSLTs
