- Analyze specific markets and propose a plan to develop business and reach the sales targets.
- Setting sales target and develop new Business opportunities in Fine Fragrances.
- Coordination and collaboration with production to meet client expectations in terms of quality and time, with actively supporting sales and operations.
- Take responsibility for existing clients and prospect potential ones on the area of responsibility.
- Work on market research, contacting potential new customers and visiting them.
- Close interaction with internal departments, such as the Creative department, Fragrance Development, Marketing, Finance, Production, People & Organization.
- Presenting projects internally and follow up the production process to get the final product done and reinforce on time delivery.
- Managing pricing for whole client's portfolio, responsible to solve client enquiries and advise them on their needs.
- Manage and monitor profitability of their accounts.
- Keep the Management up to date of the Region situation providing short, middle and long-term business plan.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management or Marketing.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales, working as a Key Account Manager for Fragrances. Bring strong experience in sales, must within the fragrance industry.
- Used to manage P&L.
- Languages: proficient in English and Spanish.
- Available for travel.
