- High level of Microsoft Excel experience required and Dynamics 365.
- Experience with consolidation software and financial investment environment.
- Knowledge of Opera Consolidation tool will be valued.
- IFRS and International accounting practices experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Fluent in Spanish and English and notions of French will be an advantage.
- Must have strong technical and automation skills.
- Must have excellent analytical skills.
- Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be flexible, able to contribute to a team environment, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Individual will possess a business orientation with demonstrated customer service skills working within a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Relevant experience as an auditor within a Big 4 or second tier accounting firm.
- Coordination and Supervision of the consolidation process (monthly basis).
- Elaboration of the Consolidated Annual Accounts for the Group (yearly basis), as well as Consolidated Interim Accounts (HY basis).
- Assistance in the definition of the accounting policies of the Group based on IFRS, as well as the supervision of its implementation.
- Technical support to the Accounting Department - IFRS and conversion to Local GAAP.
- Review and prepare the supporting documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Assist with additional reporting requirements as needed.
- Lead ad-hoc strategic tasks and projects in the Finance area.
- Analyze financial information to explain variances and interpret results.
- Communicate financial results to Accounting Director, CFO and other levels of management in a clear manner.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience with reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting documentation.
- Assist and develop new processes and system implementation when required.
