- Troubleshoot and resolve user problems related to accounts and platform usage in a timely manner.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance on how users can best navigate and utilize the platform.
- Document user interactions and solutions in our CRM system to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Work in cooperation with other teams to highlight recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on platform developments and new features to offer accurate support.
- Perform follow-up communications with users to confirm their satisfaction with the assistance received.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance, especially within an online service environment.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of online platforms and their functionalities.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality service in a multifaceted environment.
