- Support and assist the sales team with day to day tasks.
- Coordinate & distribute the Leads across the Sales Coordinators in Paris and Berlín.
- Observe, analyze current strategies and develop new strategies together with Head of B2C and Director of Revenue for both cities.
- Support both cities Sales Teams operations required to implement the organizational sales strategies (CRM input data, Revenue pricing rules % promotions, …)
- Cover day to day Sales tasks when your team is on holidays or absent.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations
- Draft rental agreement contracts
- Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Conducts long-term & short- term goal settings for teams and individuals and uses data to measure performance and monitor sales processes, identify issues and enhance sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- 2 years minimum experience leading a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing customer communications and relations (You have experience with a hospitality company and / or with guest services)
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
- Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
