- Identify and qualify high-potential leads to maximize conversion.
- Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and chats to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed lead-to-sales conversion goals.
- Maintain accurate data records in CRM to support the sales pipeline.
- Provide seamless support to the dealer network in vehicle distribution and sales processes.
- Manage inquiries related to vehicle ordering, transport, registration, and documentation.
- Coordinate deliveries, appointment scheduling, and sales logistics.
- Assist with remarketing and fleet support activities
- Experience in Outbound sales,B2B sales or business development.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the customer service industry.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Communication and Commercial skills.
- Fluency in Dutch.
- English in at least an intermediate level.
- Experience in the use of CRM systems and MS Office and Sales softwares.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
