I'm glad you asked.As a Full Stack Architect / Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, you will join a high-profile, multidisciplinary team working on strategic applications for Commercial Insurance. Your mission is to deliver global solutions that support Zurich Resilience Solutions and Risk Underwriting Property best practices.You will:
  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for complex, large-scale organizations.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, developers, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including architecture, development, deployment, and support.
  • Engage in technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure adherence to IT architectural standards, security policies, and governance.
  • Support DevOps practices, system performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
  • Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and quality assurance.
  • Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
  • Enhance your skills with real-world experience
  • Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity.

We are waiting for you!You bring 3+ years of experience in large, multifaceted organizations-ideally in the insurance sector-and a strong track record in designing and delivering full-stack solutions.Platform & Database Experience
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365 (CRM), Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, CosmosDb
Technical Proficiency
  • Expert application architecture and design
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React preferred, Angular, Vue), modern CSS (Bootstrap, Tailwind), and backend development
Cloud, DevOps & Integration
  • Strong grasp of Azure services (Service Bus, Event Grid, App Services, Azure Functions etc)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Containerization
Methodologies & Best Practices
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
  • Strong adherence to security, governance, and architectural standards
Collaboration & Communication
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong customer focus and end-to-end delivery mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish and German are a plus
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
