- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for complex, large-scale organizations.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, developers, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including architecture, development, deployment, and support.
- Engage in technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure adherence to IT architectural standards, security policies, and governance.
- Support DevOps practices, system performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and quality assurance.

- Deep experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365 (CRM), Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, CosmosDb
- Expert application architecture and design
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React preferred, Angular, Vue), modern CSS (Bootstrap, Tailwind), and backend development
- Strong grasp of Azure services (Service Bus, Event Grid, App Services, Azure Functions etc)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Containerization
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
- Strong adherence to security, governance, and architectural standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong customer focus and end-to-end delivery mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish and German are a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
