I'm glad you asked.As a Mobile Flutter Developer you will have the opportunity to:
  • Collaborate on exciting projects by working closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, and testers-bringing fresh ideas to the table to meet business goals.
  • Develop and deploy high-quality Flutter mobile applications, ensuring innovative and reliable solutions for users.
  • Work alongside experts in various technological domains, participating in code reviews and sharing constructive feedback to foster a supportive environment.
  • Enhance your skills with real-world experience by writing clean, maintainable code using Flutter and Dart, and optimizing app performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity, mentoring junior developers and supporting their technical growth.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with the latest Flutter trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure software quality by troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring compliance with security, quality, and accessibility standards.
  • Support ongoing maintenance of deployed solutions and respond to production support issues, ensuring the continued success and reliability of applications.
  • Help drive results by ensuring software development best practices and timely product delivery, contributing to the team's success.
What Makes You a great Fit?While we're not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you'll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you!
  • Bring 3-5+ years of hands-on experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Showcase a proven track record of launching successful apps on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and state management.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and native platform features with confidence.
  • Excel in unit, widget, and integration testing for Flutter apps.
  • Experience with Xamarin, Objective-C, Swift, .NET, and C# is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
  • Comfortable working within agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Good self-management skills and resilience under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, valuing diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling clear and constructive collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); Spanish and German language skills are a plus.
