You will draft and negotiate product, services and solutions related agreements and represent our interests based on your legal expertise, supported by our standardized legal risk management.   • Provide clear and proactive legal advice to business partners, helping to reduce risks and support business goals.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including wind turbine supply, EPC, and service agreements.
  • Advise on legal and contractual matters during project execution and maintenance phases.
  • Support negotiations with suppliers, finding opportunities, and handling risks.
  • Communicate sophisticated legal topics in a way that is easy for everyone to understand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across regions to ensure compliance and share standard methodologies.
What You Bring
  • A degree in Law (Spanish qualified lawyer), with an emphasis on international business law
  • Proven track record in a law firm or in-house legal department, ideally in the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sector.
  • Full proficiency in English (spoken and written); languages such as French, Italian, or German are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of commercial contracts and experience working across different countries.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and dedicated approach to solving business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
