- Support the Account Manager Team with daily Operational tasks
- Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle through problems to raise the bar
- Identify tech features improvements to increase partners UX and give proactive feedback to HQ.
- Maintain a good relationship between Glovo and our partners through scalable tools/ initiatives and having good partner support.
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Define scalable processes, making sure partners are self-sufficient in using our tools.
- Review and propose partner communications, ensuring partner engagement and long-term relationships.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- Availability for 6 months full-time internship
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales
- Up to 1 year of work experience in a sales or marketing field (preferred)
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
- Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
- Proactivity, organization and obsession with details
- Developed communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
