- Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive-level roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and people business partners to understand organizational needs, position requirements, and long-term talent goals.
- Develop and execute customized search strategies for niche, confidential, or business-critical leadership roles, conducting thorough assessments and interviews.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to proactively research and map talent across the tech industry, geographies, and companies, building strong talent pipelines.
- Track and analyze talent trends, competitor insights, and best practices around hiring and market availability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, manage communication with headhunting agencies, and work closely with People Business partners.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes, collaborating with Employer Branding and communication teams to enhance appeal to executive talent and contribute to inclusion and fairness.
- Proven experience and success in active sourcing and headhunting for executive-level positions.
- Mastery of sourcing tools and Success Factors Recruiting.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of executive recruitment best practices and tech industry trends and profiles.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- English, as it is our main language in the company.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
