Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology.With teams across the globe, including hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona and Casablanca, Nuitée has grown into a global infrastructure provider trusted by industry leaders like Hopper, Expedia, Priceline, Google, and Uber.Now backed by leading VCs and world-class investors including leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée is positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline operations for hotels, and enable new applications through cutting-edge APIs.Nuitée is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era.About the job:Reporting to the Head of Third-party Supply, the Supply Optimization Manager is responsible for farming existing assigned suppliers, in collaboration with the optimization team and delivering measurable improvements.Key Responsibilities:Be the Ambassador for Nuitee to players within the assigned accounts, existing and new.Manage existing partnerships and help define actions to optimize their booking performanceDevelop strong relationships with partners to ensure the health of the nuitee´s partnershipServe as the main liaison between the company and assigned third-party suppliers for any Suppliers issues, coordinating with internal teams to proactively address and resolve issues effectively and promptly.Engage with the revenue management and pricing teams to assess the impact of pricing changes to drive profitable and sustainable growth.Identify and escalate potential risk scenarios, such as BRGs, over-utilization of inventory feeds, compatibility of supply-client quality, collaborating with the internal Stakeholders to address concerns.Gather feedback, monitor and support internal and external stakeholders in managing the sales in order to further drive improved performance.Negotiate new agreements, renewals, and scope changes with suppliers when needed.Be able to use BI tools and generate reports (sales, traffic, L2B, mapping, pricing/competitiveness etc) You possess strong analytical abilities, enabling you to derive insights from data dashboard.Have the initiative to proactively research, with the help of BI tools and relevant reports, and troubleshoot any issues affecting the booking performance.Our Ideal Candidate:Evidence of at least 5+ years of successful supplier relationship and technical relationship management.Proven experience within the hospitality industry.Strong understanding of bedbank, DMC, or OTA operations and distribution channels.Evidence of strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve performance metrics.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analytics tools.Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plusWhy Nuitee?At Nuitée, we’re not just reimagining travel—we’re building the infrastructure to power it.Massive Market Opportunity: We are tackling the $9.9tn travel industry, starting with the $75 billion B2B hotel market, a fragmented space filled with outdated systems, gatekeepers, and inefficiencies.
