We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our team at Frekuent (Orain). This role will be crucial in implementing strategic initiatives, working across multiple teams to ensure operational efficiency and process optimization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working with tools like Zapier, CRMs, and Python, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve how things run.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and improve internal operational workflows across teams (e.g., client onboarding, support, commercial operations).
  • Build and maintain automations using Zapier and/or basic Python scripts to reduce manual tasks.
  • Support the setup and optimization of internal tools such as CRMs (e.g., Zoho)
  • Monitor performance of key processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of internal procedures and operational playbooks.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, product, and tech teams to implement process updates.
  • Provide operational support in the launch of new services or entry into new markets.
  • Execute the key projects, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal operational disruption.
  • Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints are met for each initiative.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, business support, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other internal tools.
  • Familiarity with no-code tools like Zapier, Make, or similar.
  • Basic Python knowledge to understand and adapt simple automation scripts.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks in a structured way.
  • Experience in payment systems and artificial intelligence (AI) is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional team and communicating clearly.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
  • Fluent in English.
