- Co-Prepare and own the Strategic plan for the country to make the brand a dominant player in the country according to the selected distribution.
- Be the point of reference for the country to drive the brand across commercial department.
- Take overall responsibility for and provide strategic focus & leadership for the Regional Sales with autonomy
- Develop detailed sales plans to drive results and achieve business targets.
- Ensure implementation of sales and marketing tactics, specifically all seasonal sales strategies and GTM approach for all categories
- Establish and maintain close contact with the management of existing Key accounts / partners.
- Prospect new accounts to widen brand presence in the country
- Maintain close relations with the customer base by frequent regional travel
- Actively train, and visit key doors to boost sell thru
- Closely work with marketing to develop Icebreaker brand awareness
- Prepare, agree and submit seasonal product forecasts for all accounts
- Build strong working partnerships with KA, sales associates, buyers
- Education: Post Graduate/MBA or equivalent qualification in Business.
- Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in Sales in Wholesale accounts, Retail (ECI) across outdoor, lifestyle or Apparel business in Spain. Valuable experience in digital accounts management.
