Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Global IS Consumer Insights ManagerYour Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.Work model: #LI-HybridIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You’ll be mainly accountable for:Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.
  • Collecting and translating requirements for projects, changes and use cases into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
  • Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.
  • Conducting advanced modelling activities for significant change programs.
  • Support team with agile methodologies and planning

  • You are highly skilled in planning, agile methodologies and business requirements gathering in solution development.
  • +7 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation or enterprise-level IT Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AI Technologies for workforce enablement and solution development
  • Highly adept in AI technologies for employees and solution development.
  • You are passionate about problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and innovation.
  • Proven experience in finding insights and executing them to build a strategy.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
  • Strong communications skills and fluent in English; additional language is a plus
