EQL EdTech is partnering with a rapidly scaling AI-powered education start-up that is tackling one of the biggest challenges in global education: improving maths outcomes. Their platform acts like a private tutor for students and a teaching assistant for teachers, already gaining traction with top international schools across Europe, backed by fresh funding and exciting pilot programs.We are seeking a Sales Lead with a proven record of selling directly into schools - UK or international - and ideally within EdTech or education SaaS. You’ll help drive adoption across the UK and Europe while collaborating closely with a bilingual team (Spanish & English) to shape the company’s strategy.🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Lead outbound sales targeting UK schools, British international schools, and multi-academy groups
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → deal closure → onboarding
  • Build strategic partnerships with school networks and education providers
  • Represent the company at UK and international education events and conferences
  • Provide market insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
  • Lay the foundation for a world-class sales function, including systems, strategy, and potential team growth
Requirements🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You…
  • Have 2+ years experience in direct B2B SaaS or EdTech sales into schools
  • Have experience selling into UK schools or British international schools, ideally within EdTech
  • Are fully bilingual in Spanish and English (for internal collaboration and team brainstorming)
  • Are confident engaging school leaders, heads of department, and education decision-makers
  • Thrive in early-stage, high-growth environments with a self-starter mindset
  • Care deeply about education and improving student outcomes in maths
  • Communicate clearly, credibly, and can build trust and strong relationships quickly
