  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
  • C2 level of Dutch/Flemish and French
  • B2 level or above of English
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work night shift hours
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Offer:
  • 38.5 hours/week. Day schedules between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, from Monday to Sunday
