- Audit the course in terms of cognitive load, difficulty level, and alignment with learning goals;
- Work with student feedback and subject-matter expert recommendations to identify areas for course quality improvement;
- Adapt the course for different target audiences: tech and non-tech professionals;
- Update course content in collaboration with a Product Manager and SMEs (subject-matter experts);
- Maintain backlog of improvements.
- Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with the Product Manager and SME;
- Map learning outcomes for the whole course and for each module and lesson;
- Collaborate with the production team to create content based on SME’s materials, prepare practice exercises and learning aids;
- Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date.
- Remote, full-time Contracted Position
- Salary: $2,000 to $2,500 per month.

- Worked as an instructional designer / learning experience designer / learning content developer / program designer for at least 3 years;
- Has proven experience working with technical topics, such as software engineering, data science, data analysis;
- Knows models and methodologies for complex skills learning;
- Can develop various forms of educational content (long reads, video, projects, practice tasks, infographics, assessment, etc.);
- Can design and implement skills and knowledge assessment into the course;
- Can structure educational experiences, build Learning Journey Maps (LJMs);
- Can work with modern tools to create learning aids (we use Figma, HeyGen, Supademo).
- English proficiency.
- Experience working with customer education and creating instructions on software;
- A background in programming or another IT profession (related degree, certification, or prior work experience).
