- Financial Targets: Deliver key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share) versus budget with rigor and precision.
- Distribution: Ensure optimum distribution on our direct clients, improving visibility of our brands.
- Sell Out: Driving and monitoring distributors sales through your business managers team, as a leverage of NSV and GP achievement.
- People development: Responsible for the development of your direct team, through the monitoring of individual development plans, coaching and accompanying outings in the market, review and monitoring of results of your objectives.
- Brand Equity: Build Bacardi brand equity by leading and motivating a team of Business Managers, optimizing the best execution of the local marketing mix in line with the brands’ global strategies, capturing market dynamics and react to growth opportunities.
- Relationships: Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with On Trade owners, On Trade Groups and capitalize on synergies with wholesalers and distributors.
- Market Visits: Maintain an updated view of in-market RSPs for all markets and all categories through regular in-market visits. Ensure the best execution of Brand Plans with distributors and local trade.
- Field Sales experience of minimum 10 years in a leading FMCG company.
- Team Management: Previous experience of minimum 5 years, leading high performance teams, with empathy and focus on developing talent of direct reports.
- Market Knowledge: Spirit industry expert, with experience in Barcelona On Trade channel.
- Customer Focus & Negotiation: Strong customer focus and negotiation skills, specialized developing, monitoring and achieving commercial agreements, enabling growth and leadership of our brands into our clients, delivering results guarantee win-win situation.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English.
