- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to offer personalized solutions that add value.
- Organize and coordinate various aspects and resources involved in international educational projects, both internally and externally.
- Maintain comprehensive control over all available company resources to ensure project success, with a particular focus on time management.
- Supervise tasks at each phase of the projects to ensure adherence to plans and objectives. This involves overseeing each specific task of team members.
- Monitor the performance of key accounts closely, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends and competition to inform sales and product development strategies.
- Prepare periodic reports on account performance and sales activities.

- Previous experience of at least 6-8 years as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Client-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Fluent level of English (C1/C2)
- Fluent level of Spanish (B2+/C1)
- Preferred: Understanding of the US university environment.
