- Be a part of the EU Regional AI Media team - Manage Google and Microsoft ad campaigns across our European markets (with a focus on ROE), while collaborating with colleagues in the EU team, to achieve our business goals.
- Data-driven storytelling - Report and present on market performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and contributing to broader team learnings.
- Budget Management - You’ll be responsible for monitoring and managing large monthly media budgets, ensuring strict pacing and spend alignment to avoid overspend or underspend.
- Identifying opportunities - You will be helping the team audit areas of opportunity within our accounts and executing against these opportunities to positively impact performance of the channel, in alignment with the company's marketing objectives.
- Optimizing and testing - Apply your understanding of the competitive landscape, our customers’ needs, and current campaign performance to test new ideas for increasing profit and ROAS of our campaigns. This includes the shopping feed, where identifying opportunities for testing/optimisation is vital to the role.
- Collaborate across teams and regions - Partner closely with regional marketing stakeholders, to drive performance and unlock growth opportunities in your focus markets. Examples of key stakeholders include Media planning, Paid search, GTM team (country managers), Ad Tech (Manage the shopping feed).
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience - Through flawless operational execution. Your attention to detail is a strength you will bring to your role.
- Lead Projects - Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion while ensuring project objectives are met and completed on time and that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
- 2+ years' experience in managing Paid Search/shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Complete command and mastery of Paid Search and shopping ads, including understanding of automated bidding, mastery of campaign management & account health, performance reporting and storytelling using data.
- Is comfortable multi-tasking. You enjoy and can handle multiple projects at once. You deliver on timelines, set expectations with key stakeholders in your projects, and are comfortable tackling complex business tasks.
- Strong and willing team player, who isn’t afraid to help others succeed in addition to achieving their own success.
- Autonomy in problem solving, breaking down larger problems and tasks into smaller increments of work to make progress more quickly.
- Demand Gen/ Google Display / YouTube experience is a plus. You will also be managing Demand Gen campaigns.
- Nice to have Tools: Google Merchant Centre, Looker, Google Analytics.
