  • Build and maintain positive relationships with airline partners to support the integration of travel insurance into booking flows.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve product adoption and revenue performance.
  • Support the launch of new travel insurance products/markets, including basic A/B testing and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with partner needs.
  • Address daily operational issues related to insurance distribution, including system troubleshooting and escalations.
  • Monitor compliance with regional insurance regulations and flag potential gaps for resolution.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in onboarding new airline partners and contribute to market expansion efforts.
  • Act as a point of contact for partners, offering guidance and support on best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and deliver quality service.
