- Cold calling homeowners renting their properties
- Prequalify and qualify leads to ensure fit with the client
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers
- Maintain and update CRM/database records (Aircall, Pipedrive preferred)
- Build relationships and address homeowner concerns
- Participate in KPI monitoring and performance reviews
- Freelance contract (15/hour + commissions)

- 2+ years outbound call center experience (hospitality a plus)
- Cold calling/SDR experience
- Catalan fluent, strong English skills
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Lead prequalification & qualification experience
- CRM/database management proficiency
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Degree preferred
- Strong computer literacy
- Wired USB headset, LAN connection
- Broadband 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload
- Processor 1.8GHz+, 8GB RAM+, Windows 11+ / MacOS 13+
