  • Set up advertising campaigns and special projects.
  • Manage projects, provide ongoing support for advertising campaigns, and prepare reports.
  • Communicate with clients worldwide, with a primary focus on Europe, the MENA region, and the US.
  • Onboard new Account Managers.
  • Coordinate project teams (developers, designers, creative team, etc.).
  • Drive upsell opportunities by preparing relevant commercial proposals.
We are looking for:
  • At least 3 years of proven successful experience in online advertising (preferably in a digital/media agency).
  • Strategic mindset and willingness to propose innovative solutions.
  • Experience working with international Fortune 500 brands.
  • Solid knowledge of core disciplines: digital marketing (including targeted advertising) and basic analytics.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret media plans, analyze advertising creatives, and provide clients with actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of key metrics: CPC, CPM, CPA, ROMI, CPI, etc.
  • Strong motivation to learn, grow, and deepen expertise.
  • Experience in upselling is a plus.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
