- Set up advertising campaigns and special projects.
- Manage projects, provide ongoing support for advertising campaigns, and prepare reports.
- Communicate with clients worldwide, with a primary focus on Europe, the MENA region, and the US.
- Onboard new Account Managers.
- Coordinate project teams (developers, designers, creative team, etc.).
- Drive upsell opportunities by preparing relevant commercial proposals.
- At least 3 years of proven successful experience in online advertising (preferably in a digital/media agency).
- Strategic mindset and willingness to propose innovative solutions.
- Experience working with international Fortune 500 brands.
- Solid knowledge of core disciplines: digital marketing (including targeted advertising) and basic analytics.
- Ability to prepare and interpret media plans, analyze advertising creatives, and provide clients with actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of key metrics: CPC, CPM, CPA, ROMI, CPI, etc.
- Strong motivation to learn, grow, and deepen expertise.
- Experience in upselling is a plus.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
