Join us as an AI/ML Lead to architect cutting-edge Generative AI and ML solutions with strategic impact. We're seeking a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.🚀 Key Responsibilities🛠️ Technical Leadership & DevelopmentDesign and implement ML models: supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.Build GenAI solutions using RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI frameworks.Leverage frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for model development.Apply advanced NLP techniques: text classification, RNNs, CNNs, and Transformer-based models (e.g., BERT).Deliver robust end-to-end solutions: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring.💻 Technical ProficiencyStrong programming skills in Python.Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (Sagemaker, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and related services).🤝 Team Mentorship & CoachingLead and mentor data scientists and ML engineers.Set technical direction aligned with business strategy.Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning.📊 Strategic Advisory & CollaborationCollaborate cross-functionally to embed AI/ML into business products and processes.Offer strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels.Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.🎓 QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).5-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML/Generative AI.12+ years of total work experience, with proven project and team leadership.Expertise in GenAI technologies: RAG, Vector DBs, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI.Proficiency in core ML techniques and NLP with Transformer-based architectures.Strong hands-on experience with Python and AWS services.⭐ PreferredExperience defining technical strategy for AI/ML projects.Background in the insurance domain.Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.Proven success in managing AI/ML initiatives end-to-end.💡 Ready to shape the future of AI?
