- Operating Plan and performance tracking: Collaborate with the team members to track performance and operating plan progress
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate business performance.
- Budget tracking: Coordinate the budget preparation activities for the team and keep track of expenses against the budget.
- Data repository management: Organize and manage the document repositories of the team
- Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience, in business operations or administration and/or corporate line functions.
- Ability to adapt to a diverse and global environment and work with a dispersed team.
- Ability to plan and monitor internal projects to ensure team delivers on time.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- Possess a keen eye for detail, organized and structured.
- Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in a business or technical discipline.
