- Lead automation projects across Document Management, PO-to-SO conversion, Material Creation, and Client/Supplier Onboarding, integrated with SAP, Salesforce, and eCommerce platforms.
- Define strategies and deliver scalable, compliant workflows to streamline document handling, data capture, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Regulatory, Procurement, Finance, Legal) to drive adoption and ensure business alignment.
- Oversee solution design, metadata and data model structures, and integration requirements for seamless system performance.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring automation enhances operational efficiency and user experience globally.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- More than 5 years in project or program management, business analysis, and software delivery, with expertise in process automation and digitalization
- Proficient in automation tools and technologies, development methodologies and platform architecture
- Strong proficiency in English
