Reports to: Technical Support Team LeadThe Job RoleWe are seeking a Junior Technical Support Assistant to join our technical services team. This is an ideal position for someone early in their IT career who wants to develop their skills in a collaborative international environment. You will provide first-line support primarily in Spanish, with occasional internal communications in English.Job Responsibilities * Provide first-line technical support to internal and external users (email/phone/ticketing).
- Troubleshoot support issues with guidance from the team.
- Support internal users with MS Office tools, Windows OS, and basic network queries.
- Document support interactions and contribute to knowledge base updates.
- Collaborate with the team on user setup and small projects.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish (written and oral).
- English level B1–B2 (able to read documentation and hold basic technical conversation).
- Familiarity with Windows environments; interest in learning about Microsoft Server and Active Directory / Entra.
- Organized, reliable, and enthusiastic to grow within the company.
- Exposure (academic, internship, or work experience) to helpdesk, IT support, or tech troubleshooting.
- Exposure to SQL Server, IIS, or virtualization (academic or project-based).
- Experience with support ticketing systems or remote tools.

- Internship contract (Contrato en Prácticas) subject to Spanish labour regulations.
