- Develop and maintain scalable internal tools and services that support product development.
- Identify and consolidate redundant tools to improve efficiency across teams.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.

- Participate in on-call rotation as part of ensuring platform reliability.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on building internal tools and automation.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, etc).
- Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and maintainability best practices.
- Experience in automation-improving workflows and reducing inefficiencies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and best practices for maintaining high-reliability services.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving platform improvements.
- Experience with Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with gRPC and microservices architectures.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
