Requirements: We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:High-level, bilingual, or native German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.High-level Spanish, to ensure smooth communication with your team and supervisors.English knowledge is a plus.Availability to work:Morning shift (07:00 to 16:00) orAfternoon shift (14:00 to 00:00)Part-time option: 30 hours/week in either shift, depending on availability.Commitment to attend a five-week on-site training (30 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 15:00 in Valencia city).Ability to pass a German language proficiency test (oral and written).Proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
