- At least with 2 years of call center experience.
- French / Portuguese or Italian Native Speaker plus High English Level.
- Helpdesk / Technical Support background is required.
- Amenable in shifting schedules.
- Understands his / her key performance indicators.
- Understand the relationship of work quality and how it impacts efficiency.
- Had a good stint in the from previous organizations – not a call center hopper.
- Ability to work with other team members.
- Someone who understands technical troubleshooting (eg: Active Directory, LAN, Sound Card, Routers, etc.).
- Someone who has strong logic formulation or thought process.
- Thinking out loud.
