Your work will directly impact how developers across the organization build and validate customer experiences, being part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team .Join our team and help pioneer the tools that will revolutionize how we build and validate exceptional customer experiences for millions of readers worldwide.Key job responsibilities- Design and develop innovative tools for developers that harness the power of large language models to automate and enhance UI validation processes
- Create intuitive and frameworks that enable engineers to leverage GenAI for testing complex scenarios across web browsers, mobile apps, and e-readers
- Influence the direction of GenAI tool development through technical leadership and innovative thinking
- Implement professional software engineering practices & best practices throughout the development lifecycle while working in a rapidly evolving fieldBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented designPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Excellence in technical communication with scientists and engineers.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly large language models or generative AI
- Passion for developer tooling and improving engineering productivity
